Measurement & Verification
Measurement and verification (M&V) is a critical component of any energy efficiency improvement project. Retrofitting commercial buildings will be a major part of Australia’s energy efficiency transformation as at least two thirds of the commercial building stock in 2030 will be made up of buildings that exist today. As a result the EEC in conjunction with Low Carbon Australia has prepared a package of information to help facility managers, and those involved in the commercial building sector, understand the importance of Measurement and Verification and benefits of a robust M&V process.
