We’re excited to introduce our upcoming major events for the next 12 months – the Buildings Energy Performance Summit, Industrial Decarbonisation Summit and the EEC National Conference. As 2024 moves into 2025, an Australian federal election will be run and won, a 2035 emissions target will be announced and decarbonisation plans for each sector of the economy will be released. Climate related financial disclosure requirements will kick in – driving a new strategic conversation around emissions reduction for business – and the future of Commercial Building Disclosure will be decided. We’re designing these events to build on the EEC's reputation for vital interventions in the trajectory of Australia’s energy transition. Alongside our Energy Management Zone at the annual All Energy Australia event in October, these events will meet this moment for energy management in Australia.
