Over the past ten years, the National Energy Efficiency Conference has built an outstanding reputation as Australia’s flagship event for energy management, energy efficiency and demand response. The 2020 Conference will be the first in a new, critical decade for Australia’s energy transition.
The Conference will bring together Australia’s foremost energy management experts, forward-thinking policy makers, innovative energy users, political leaders and industry trailblazers to network, debate and analyse the latest thinking on boosting productivity and cutting carbon emissions by saving energy.

NATIONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY AWARDS 2020
The National Energy Efficiency Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and leadership in energy efficiency. A highlight of the annual energy efficiency calendar, the National Energy Efficiency Awards 2020 Gala Dinner will take place on Tuesday 26 May in the spectacular Grand Ballroom at the Pullman on the Park.

In 2018 the Energy Efficiency Council (EEC), Australia's peak body for energy efficiency, energy management and demand response delivered the 10th National Energy Efficiency Conference in Sydney. Over the course of a decade, the Conference has built an outstanding reputation as Australia’s flagship event for energy efficiency, distributed generation and demand response.
This year’s Conference had a truly global perspective: the Conference was once again delivered in collaboration with the International Energy Agency’s Energy in Buildings and Communities Programme. As one of the IEA’s international technology collaboration programmes, the EBC carries out research and development focusing on the integration of energy efficient and sustainable technologies into healthy buildings and communities.

The National Energy Efficiency Conference has grown to be one of Australia's most dynamic and high quality energy sector conferences.
The series began as the Energy Efficiency Council National Conference, with the inaugural event taking place in Melbourne in 2009. It was relaunched as the National Energy Efficience Conference in 2014 and continues to provide a key opportunity for efficiency experts, policy makers and energy users to come together to discuss the big issues facing the sector in Australia.
