EEC launches new professional development opportunity for CMVPs 16 September 2015
The Energy Efficiency Council today announced an Australian first with a new professional development and education opportunity exclusively for Certified Measurement & Verification Professionals (CMVPs) - the Applied Measurement & Verification Workshop.
Presented in partnership with the Efficiency Valuation Organisation (EVO), the two day program will run in Sydney on 5 & 6 November 2015.
Designed to give measurement and verification (M&V) practitioners deeper exposure to the concepts, theory, mathematical analysis and tools to perform effective M&V, the workshop is practical and hands-on, using spreadsheets and software to calculate savings on both sample and real life projects.
Small class sizes will give participants the opportunity to focus on using their own real world examples to better understand the trade offs in creating and executing IPMVP Option A, B and C M&V plans.
The workshop will be delivered by international trainer Steve Kromer. Steve is the treasurer of the Efficiency Valuation Organization (EVO) and is the current Chairman of the Certified M&V Professional (CMVP) committee and we are delighted to be bringing him to Australia from the US to lead this workshop.
Registrations for the workshop are now open, but places are limited.
