Registration for Measurement & Verification training 2016 now open 12 January 2016

Dates announced for Measurement & Verification training 2016 – Melbourne & Perth

In collaboration with the Efficiency Valuation Organization, the Energy Efficiency Council will deliver the popular Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) training and examination program in early 2016 in Melbourne and Perth, together with the new Applied M&V Workshop in Melbourne.

The CMVP training and exam program provides participants with the practical knowledge required to design an M&V strategy for projects that complies with the International Performance Measurement & Verification Protocol (IPMVP) and how to manage the savings verification process for both internal and external reporting. Having the internationally recognised ‘CMVP’ designation after your name gives a client confidence in the quality of your M&V practice and your commitment to professional development.

The CMVP program will take place in Melbourne from 9-11 March and, for the first time, the EEC is taking the program to Perth on 11-13 April 2016.

The Applied M&V Workshop, delivered by international trainer and M&V expert Steve Kromer is open to current CMVPs. It gives M&V practitioners deeper exposure to the concepts, theory, mathematical analysis and tools to perform effective M&V and enables participants to use their own real world examples to better understand the trade-offs in creating and executing IPMVP Option A, B and C M&V plans.

The Workshop takes place in Melbourne on 7-8 April 2016.
