2023 training and professional development program
The 2023 Training and Professional Development calendar is now live. A summary is below, and you can see the full calendar on our website. Register now to secure your place in our popular 2023 training and professional development opportunities.
Become a certified M&V professional
EVO and AEE have dissolved their CMVP training and certification delivery partnership, which means the EEC has changed our M&V certification. We now partner with EVO to deliver the same training course -M&V Fundamentals & the IPMVP - under the banner of their Performance Measurement & Verification Analyst (PMVA) certification.
The course is recognised in Australia in exactly the same way, and we are excited to launch registrations for our next next three PMVA certification cohorts, including a return to in-person training in Melbourne later this month:
- 29 November - 1 December 2022, Melbourne CBD - CLOSING SOON!
- 20 - 23 March 2023, Online
- 22 - 24 May 2023, Sydney (location TBC)
If you have not already received information about how you can use your existing or recently expired CMVP certification to become a certified PMVA, please read about the PVA Fast Track or email me. Of course, you may still maintain your CMVP certification through AEE.
Become EEC Certified in 2023
EEC Professional Certifications launched on 1 July with three certifications for energy and related services professionals and tradespeople. Become a Certified Emissions Reduction Leader for Commercial Buildings, a Certified EnMS Advisor or a Certified Insulation Installer in 2023 and help deliver Australia’s energy transition and net zero transformation.
Apply to become a Certified Emissions Reduction Leader for Commercial Buildings or a Certified EnMS Advisor by 31 December 2022 to receive a 10% discount on your application fee.
Please get in touch if you have any queries about our training and professional development program or suggestions for courses you would like the Council to deliver.
The EEC wishes you a safe and happy holiday season, and we look forward to engaging with you in 2023.
